Sorry I didn't get another chance to catch up with you when I was in Alice.  Just wanted to drop you a quick line to let you know the trek was amazing! I had a fantastic time on the trek and Di and Adam are amazing! They are great at what they do and made the trip very enjoyable and always had a smile and a laugh with the group! Thanks for your help in organising my trip and am sure your company will be a huge success as the products are fantastic. I was with Shona on the 3 day Uluru trip before the Larapinta end to end and she was also fantastic!
 
Good luck with everything and I will be recommending your trek to all my trekking buddies!

I had a fabulous time despite being in pain quita a bit during the week (n fault of the trip or the trek but a long standing problem with my foot and knee). Loved it all. I especially loved the care and expertise under Adams leadership and Chris’s support. The group dynamics are always a pot-luck situation and thankfully this group got on well. Thank you Adam and Chris.

I just want to say what a wonderful time we had on our Larapinta hike. The country is wonderful with the recent rain. Your tour guide - Adam - is fantastic. We were lucky to have along a great bunch of trainee guides who were a great help and fun to be with. (Mark, Chris #1, Chris #2, Billie, Kieren and Belinda) Everything about the trip was great. Originally way out of our comfort zone (camping and hard hiking), we are now looking for our next outback experience.

Hi Phil,

Just letting you know that we survived the heat, flies and thunder storm!! What a fantastic experience. Andy and Di are truly amazing guides and just great with everyone. We all got on so well and had a few changes due to weather that Di and Andy coped with well and let us know along the way of any changes.

I will be back next year to finish the sections I didnt do. I hope. Hopefully not in 35 degree heat thou.

I have just returned from the NT - having participated in the CEO Challenge - where, your company was involved in our five day tour. Your amazing staff, in particular, Adam and Brad (with Matt under their wing) were impeccible hosts and guides on this fabulous adventure (which ended way too soon). Nothing was ever too much trouble, they catered for all individuals needs while being total, authentic Australian larakins - it was an absolute joy to be in their presence. I am totally raving about them and would trust them with my life. What great guys to have working for your company - I do hope you acknowledge and appreciate this. I am already trying to work out when I will do my next trip with them. Ten out of ten for your selection in top shelf staff. Thank them all again from me and pass on my email so I can try to keep in some sort of contact with them.

You already know i think you put out a fantastic product, and i personally would do the whole thing over again in a heartbeat - even with the issues mentioned. i have done a few group treks all over world - from the himalaya to antarctica to south america. this journey with your group is as good as any i've done, and i believe that smoothing out some of the front end bumps would put you guys over the top.

The experience was AWESOME! I really don't think I could say enough good things about the trip and your guys. The itinerary was pretty perfect, and who couldn't love the landscape, the animals, even the weather was perfect (how did you manage that??) But the real superstars were Andy and Adam. Those guys were real pros. They gave us a wealth of information, effortlessly (or so it seemed) navigated us over the terrain, and also through the occasional quirkiness of our group, and our little mishap. they also made everything super fun and were surprisingly good cooks.

 

I was really sad to leave... it was so great. Charlotte and I talked quite a bit about it, and her experience was just as positive.

I thought you should know.

 

Thanks again. You guys are putting out a great product... I hope to be back someday, and will definitely recommend you to anyone I know who might be heading that way.

Hi Adam, Brad, Andy and Di,

 

It has taken me several days to come down to earth and I am still

surrounded by a warm sense of achievement and personal growth. Thanks

for your substantial contributions to that.

 

I sometimes imagine what your first impressions of us must have been ,

and how you handled it with such aplomb! Adam was fantastic that first

night at dinner: calm, encouraging, listening and digesting and I'd love

to have been at his debrief with the rest of the team! Thanks for

keeping your body language so tidy, Adam.

 

But seriously, I can't speak highly enough of how you all made it

possible. Your attention to detail (except for the milk the first

day!), your reading of the situation, the dynamics and the personal

issues facing us as individuals, your maintenance of a sense of

"normalness", your support for those who needed special attention, your

sheer capacity to carry enormous physical loads and your expressed

confidence that we could do it (even though you must have had serious

misgivings at times) all helped to make this a memorable trip for us

all.

 

Thanks for your never ending optimism and good humour: I can see how

much you enjoy the country and your work and I know you will share it

generously with many other rookie trekkers.
